Processing Time
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (United States): 3–8 business days. International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of print providers located around the world. Your order will be fulfilled by the provider best suited to your location, and the shipping carrier may vary accordingly. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal services.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the items in your cart. Orders containing multiple items may ship from different facilities and could arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost to you.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address]. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement at no extra cost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
